Hi Lori, We are so enthused you had such a seamless trip with us! We can't wait until you come back!

We were in town for a wedding and we were supposed to take a 945 boat tour, my group was there at 920 for the pick up- the bus never came, we asked every bus that showed up if they were our bus, and the response we got was no. One bus was the sister bus of this company. I kept calling the company, and it was VERY difficult to get a hold of a person they responded with the bus came and left. We asked if they could come get us or put us on another trip and her answer was no. We asked to get refunded as we were standing exactly where the pick up was and we were 25 minutes early she said no. EXTREMELY Disappointed. Horrible customer service. Would recommend to everyone to do the actual float trips through the park rather than this company.
