Even after downloading the tour from the app as instructed, the narration was still off. Not worth the price, this could have been done for free.

Sharen, I’m sorry that my Great Smoky Mountains National Park Self-Guided Driving Tour didn’t perform as expected. It’s crucial to start from the designated starting point, follow the specified route, and adhere to the speed limit indicated in the app. Because the tour relies on GPS, missing any of these steps can lead to some stories cutting off or not triggering correctly. I’d love for you to try the whole tour again and explore everything it offers. If you’d rather have a refund or a replacement, please let me know—I’d be glad to assist!
