This could-a, should-a, would-a been a really great experience.
The main instructor (can't recall his name because I don't remember him introducing himself) seemed really knowledgeable, put the young ones in the group first (and rightly so). Unfortunatly I felt he was struggling with those working around him.
We arrived at 0730am, as the email said turn up 30mins prior to the lesson.
The main instructor was there but the I individual responsible for checking in had arrived. So we went away and we came back... when we did come back the guy who appeared to be checking people in appeared hungover/ extremely fatigued.
No one really told us what was going on until the main instructor took us for a safety brief.
When we got to the beach the majority of the surf boards being used looked pretty beat up.
Although the main instructor provided me with tips regards how to be better next time but the others said very little.
Sadly I don't feel this experience was value for money.
Again the main instructor, (a lean blonde haired gentleman with a few tattoos) was great but I felt he didn't have the support around him to be as excellent as it could be.
For instance one of the instructors (who was helping the main instructor) surfed a wave in rather than helping a student 🤦♂️
