Al Walker is probably the best nature guide I have ever been with. He knows the river, animals and local history. It was a great trip and well worth the money.

Wow! Just seeing this!! It makes me the most happiest captain in the whole wide world to see a compliment like this! I am passionate about nature and spent years taking thousands of folks into the wild. Weather it be in the jungles of South America, the swamps of Louisiana,Texas,Florida,Mississippi or Arkansas, rivers or the deep blue. Its what I know and love. The White River is an incredible addition to my resume and truly is a wonder of magnificent beauty. I'm so happy my passion and knowledge came across this way to you during our tour, Thank You and all the best!!!

Today was my birthday and I found Beyond the Ozarks Boat Tour on the internet. It was certainly sent from the Gods above because I can't think of any better way to spend the morning than on a clean comfortable boat in the nature of Arkansas. I learned so much about this new to me area and about wildlife and birds. I highly recommend everyone to do this and they run all year long, every day as long as its ideal weather. I trusted the Captain and he made a perfect day that I won't forget AND I will do it again very soon. You rock!

You are a beautiful person and it was such a pleasure to have you aboard with Beyond the Ozarks River Tours! Educating our passengers while touring the White River here in Northwest Arkansas will always be our passion. I am so glad you mentioned our boats. We take pride in providing safe, clean and comfortable United States Coast Guard approved and inspected passenger vessel's that offer more enjoyment while learning about the Flora Fauna in the Natural State. Made a quick trip from Texas to mark Arkansas off the bucket list & Captain Al did not disappoint! We were thrilled to have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful White river. Captain Al is very knowledgeable on the local wildlife. We were able to spot several species of birds and our 4 year old even spotted a beaver! Captain Al was great with our daughter taking time to answer each and every question and with a little one there is no end to their curiosity! The back drop is beautiful for taking a few group photos . Our boat was very comfortable and clean we felt safe and in great hands . I just hope our travels bring us back to the area during another season. Thanks again Captain Al we had a fantastic time!

Jake and Tabitha I'm so glad you got to explore Northwest Arkansas's glorious White River with me at Beyond the Ozarks River Tours. Our goal is to always provide safe and fun conditions and so happy you referenced that fact in your review. That means everything to us. The White River sells itself with its "Natural State" beauty and the educational concept comes from our love of all things associated with history and nature in these beautiful settings. The Beaver Abbie spotted for us was the highlight of the trip for sure. What a beautiful close encounter! You have a beautiful family and hope to see you again in the future. As stated you found us in the top things to do in NWA and that makes very happy.. You also hit it on the head visiting in other seasons is a great goal.
