Experience the most amazing views in all of Hawai'i: the sunrise atop Haleakala! After sunrise, you will leisurely ride custom Kona bikes from 6,500 ft. down the mountain for 20 miles of pure joy! We do the Switchbacks twice! before shuttling you down to Makawao to finish the bike ride to Haiku.

• Have recent bike riding experience

• Be free of any medications that may cause drowsiness
• Not be pregnant
• Not weigh over 270 lbs.
• Wear closed-toe shoes

Bike Maui was the best! Super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. We had an amazing time! Marlin was our guide and he was fantastic! Loved it and highly recommend!

My husband, 20-year-old son, and I did the Haleakala Sunrise self-guided bike tour. Our guide to the top of Haleakala, Eddy Buddy, was awesome - very knowledgeable and kept it interesting and fun for all of us. The views and being above the clouds was an experience. Bring warm clothes b/c it does get a bit chilly! The bike ride back down was fun – enjoyed the scenery, explored a few stops along the way; and it was an easy ride (mostly downhill). Would definitely recommend Bike Maui – probably one of the highlights of our trip to Maui.
