We woke late and hit traffic on the way thus were unable to make it to the boat in time for it’s 9am departure. I called the number given on Viator while on the way and a lady told me the captain would not wait 10-15 minutes. (I didn’t expect him to) I asked for refund but was declined. I asked to reschedule and was told my tickets would not expire so I could call and reschedule for a different date, so that is my plan. As long as that happens I will be satisfied, as it is my own fault for
