We had the best time with our guide, Jeff, on our fishing trip! The weather wasn’t the greatest but Jeff was amazing, he was so knowledgeable, patient and just an all around great guy! We highly recommend the Wandering Angler!!!

I booked the trip online after reading reviews. I was given several starting times and chose 8 am. Got a text from Brendan the night before to shore up details. Met him in the parking lot at Albertsons and we were on the water within 15 minutes. Caught my first cutthroat trout at 8:38 am according to the time stamp on my photo. Now that’s quick! Brendan was an excellent guide and put me on the fish throughout the trip. Caught a variety of cutthroat, whitefish, and a big sucker. Brendan provided excellent communication on where and how to cast and kept the boat moving all morning. I felt I got a great trip with a great guide on the Snake River. Can’t wait to get back next year and do it again. Next time I’ll go a full day!
