I took a 36 hour solo trip to Denver and when I booked the trip I booked this half day tour. I read the reviews and thought it made sense. All the reviews were great. The experience itself was even better. I traveled alone to just do me and I've been on a healing journey and as a writer I find creativity in solo trips. I people watch and observe and this was definitely great to experience. Nick is just not a good tour guide, but he's a good person. He sat in front with him. I saw the look in his face describing the history and facts and it was captivating. I was able to ride shotgun and just enjoy myself. Since I was solo he definitely helps with pics too. If you don't do this you are missing out on a great experience.

What an AMAZING experience! Our tour guide was Jed. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and attentive for the entire excursion. If you can, request him and you won’t regret it! I went solo but I never felt isolated or awkward, because there was always so much to see, do, and talk about. I saw some of the most beautiful scenes I’ve ever seen in my life, and our stop at Idaho Falls was perfect for a quick bite, drink, and some shopping. Although we didn’t see a ton of wildlife, I still feel like the trip was 1000% worth it. You don’t need to worry about the activity level being demanding, the trail we walked on was paved and very flat, and the walk around the lake was optional and you could still enjoy the view of Mt. Evans by staying by the van. Don’t hesitate, if you’re in Denver this is an experience you need!
