Had a beautiful day. They provide pickup, drop and anything you might need on the beach to relax and refresh. They are on time and they take good care of you along with providing some wonderful trivia about the city during the drive

The snorkeling was great but didn't see very many varieties of fish. They didn't pick us up at our hotel even though they drove right past it. Only had to walk a couple blocks though. The start time is too early and you still have to pay the entrance fees. They don't let you bring stuff but will rent it to you.

Aloha, not all hotels allow us to pick up at. Hanauma Bay sells out at 7am close to summer time!

It was a beautiful experience, reasonably priced. We were staying on the beach but no choice of pickup at our hotel, the Outrigger on the beach, so we had to walk to another one but didn’t know where to meet the shuttle. We were at the wrong door and received a call from the driver who seemed very rushed, but he was nice about it. I was a little disappointed with the lack of communication about details of the trip, could have been more informative about what to expect.. An email was sent at 12:51 am, but didn’t see it because no time to check email before a 6 am pickup. I did receive a short text the day before asking for shoe size and ordering extras however not detailed enough, I had to call but didn’t get an answer, I was just told to text. They told us to bring cash for entrance fee, but did not say that the vendors were cash free. We did not bring a credit card so could not purchase anything to eat or souvenirs. Fortunately, we brought a few snacks and water bottles. I also thought we should have had more direction as far as where to snorkel in the water to see the most fish. We saw some, but thought we would see a lot more. The fish could have been hiding because of all the people in the water.

Aloha we went through your reservation history, and the hotel that you did pick up you was the one you did choose. We sent you a text message almost 24 hours before, with all the instructions, and email reminder with all details, sorry that you missed all that.We are really sorry that you didn’t have a good experience.
