On 8/5 me and my family went to the Cafe, we were seated at table 412 at around 7:50 orders were taking the entire order was put in so we would get the food around the same time. That didn't workout and no apology was offered, at 9:10 food still weren't out. I spoke to the manager all she did was pitch in and started getting other orders out, I than spoke with another person that was over her any case he was more concern with covering the cost, I could careless about the cost when the service is so bad. This ruin my 63rd bday and the waitress had comments instead of resolutions for the screwups. This is a "NO" for me, the seating time for this isn't worth the HORRIBLE service.

Stopped in Friday night to celebrate my husbands birthday and we were seated outside within minutes. Our server was the best, fast, friendly and totally honest. We asked if the ribs were falling off the bones and he gave us a honest answer and said he did not know how they were.... Ribs here are hit or miss for tenderness, we decided to try them and they were prefect, sloppy, messy and fall off the bone just the way they should be. Both decided on a Hurricane for our drink. Since it was my husband birthday, our waiter brought out a sundae for him with a candle lit on top. We decided to go back in on Wednesday night for a lite meal and decided on the Margherita flatbread to share. We had this once before and it was ice cold, but we always give them a second chance. This time it was cold, not much flavor and very bland. Would not get this again, very disappointed with the flatbread....

I’m sorry but I was here on 3aug2024 , at the cafe. We were seated and I get the wrong drink and then I am told they did not have what I wanted so they made me something else on top of that I waited 30 min for my food. When I was trying to pay for the soda that was ordered I was just told don’t worry and leave. It was the worst experience I’ve had in here at the hard rock in Atlantic City. Not only did I not get what I wanted and food I waisted close to a hour of my time. I would strongly recommend that who ever reads this not go there. They need to work better to accommodate the customer.
