4-hour adventure on the Knik Glacier Pools. Guests will be given a dry suit to wear while adventuring in the freezing cold glacial water. You and your guide will participate in a few jumps into the glacial lake, making you feel as comfortable as possible getting in and out of the water. This will help to understand the drysuit / Personal Flotation Device system in the event you lose your balance on the paddleboard in the lake, you will feel prepared to get back on. Once you feel ready to take on your paddle, we will connect you to your leash and send you off into the lake for a serene paddle out and back to the end of the lake.

Best Alaska and life experience ever! Our guides Tom and Kate took such great care of us! A quick 15 minute helicopter ride from lovely Knik Lodge! And you are brought to this place with otherworldly, surreal beauty! Jumping in and Paddling on this water was truly the most connected we felt to Alaska! Afterwards, Having wine and beer on Knik’s deck, sitting in the sunshine, watching the helicopters come and go was the perfect conclusion! Highly recommend this life changing experience!

Our flightseeing tour with K2 Aviation was magical. Our pilot, Chad was knowledgable and kept everyone safe. The weather was perfect, but rare. Subshine and beautiful blue sky. You truly see the majesty of the mountains, especially when you can actually see Mt. Denali. The glaciers, water and the colors all make for an experience that will leave in awe. Landing on the glacier is an experience like no other.

Jared is a knowledgeable and safe pilot who also understands the excitement of flying in a helicopter. He knew all the peaks and glacier names, geology, and local lore. We saw many Moose in the marsh and kept a lookout for bears but they were hiding. What an incredible experience! It was the best part of our trip to Alaska.
