This is a moderate hike at altitude that many guests may find challenging. This tour is not recommended for people who do not regularly exercise. Out of respect for the other guests on the tour, please consider our Rocky Mountain National Park sightseeing tour if you are unsure if you can meet the physical requirements. Our guides reserve the right to ask guests to stop or turn around on the hike.
We cannot guarantee a specific trail - we chose based on day, condition, crowds.
From November to April, waterproof shoes are highly recommended. Wool socks are also recommended.
Winter weather conditions may exist in the park, please dress adequately for potentially snowy conditions and low temperatures.

Couldn’t have asked for a more amazing first trip into the Rockies! The weather was perfect although snow and ice made it a little treacherous. Jed is an awesome guide, great at spotting wildlife and pointing out cool ecological facts! I made my first Rocky Mountain snow angel! Highly recommend this hiking adventure!

What an awesome experience! I got picked up at Denver Union Station and we then headed to a small town where you can get some snacks and toilet break. After that we discussed with Joshua (our awesome guide) to see what tour would we take since some people might not be comfortable with snow! We then all decided to go for it and Joshua had the snow crampons, which was super useful! We were also given snacks and water and a sandwich! The hike was super doable, we took as many breaks as needed, we had time for photos and the group itself got along super well! We hiked until the 3rd lake and then stopped to have lunch! The whole thing was super well done, super well planned, I'm very glad I did it!

The Rocky Mountain hiking tour was awesome. Joshua was a terrific tour guide. He gave us a nice balance of programmed tour and flexibility to see and enjoy what different members of the group wanted. The hiking tour is great for anyone who wants to break a sweat and get a little more adventure in. Aspire takes care of all the logistics - you can really just show up and enjoy.
