Dave was our tour guide, he was awesome! He explained about the different types of lava, talked about Hawaiian history, told us stories, he was great! This tour takes you to Rainbow Falls, this was a magical place, sadly due to the sun not being out, we didn’t get to see a rainbow in the falls, however, it was still beautiful! The lava cave was cool. I only went down to the entrance of the cave, but my grandson went down in the cave. Dave supplied us with head lights and a walking stick if needed. Then we saw all the destruction/ lava from the 2018 volcano that erupted. You can still feel the heat coming off the lava! Finally, Dave took us to a black sand beach, it was so beautiful. Thank you Dave for such a wonderful experience!
