I wasn’t expecting much because of the low-price tag but I was pleasantly surprised! We saw several dolphins and as soon as they were spotted, the Captain slowed down, trying to get closer so we could get a better look. Remember, they are wild mammals so don't expect them to hang around long or come super close to you. But you can certainly see and enjoy them from the boat.
Listen and ask questions, the first mate, Payton (adorable) and captain John were very knowledgeable about Hilton Head, the waters we were in, other marine life and of course the dolphins.
The regular pontoon boat wasn’t working today so they took us out on the Pirate Ship, it was clean, safe and fun, especially when they shot lots of water out of the cannons!
We cruised around at a nice pace, not to slow and not to fast, so all ages would enjoy this tour. Now I know, I can take my elderly mother on the tour and she'd enough it.
Plus, you get to see part of the island from a whole other perspective!
It’s a little hard to find so head to the left of the restaurants and stores, when you see the ramp to the water, stop, look to the right and you’ll see their little store front on your right.
Also, being in the service industry my entire life, I think it would appropriate to give the first mate a tip, I did.
