At the time of our cruise, 6:30pm on August 7, it was raining a LOT, thunderstorms, lightning. Pretty obvious the weather was not going to improve, but they kept pushing cruise time and I had to fight with them, call Trip Advisor twice, call them back to get a refund on the tickets as my 5-year old son was terrified by the storm and I wouldn’t put him on a situation like that and it was clearly not going to be a good experience for the whole family.
Sometimes good customer service and common sense can come very handy on situations like this.
