Had a trip planned paid for pre-Covid, but it got cancelled and we still have not gotten a refund despite going back and forth with Brad and hearing his many different excuses ranging from South East Asia refund companies to his assistant to going on vacation to not having any stamps to the postmaster in Jacksonville rerouting letters to Dallas?
Now it is too late to cancel the charge on our credit card so I am writing this to warn future potential customers that THIS IS A SCAM and they will not look out for you or your experience. Beware Savannah Walks and

It’s hard to believe how badly a guest will lie when they don’t get their refund in the time frame they want it!
We have a protocol to follow in regard to refunds. They must be issued by the ticket seller since they sold the tickets. This ticket seller is located in Southeast Asia and was hard hit by Covid-19. When it was made known that the refund had not been issued, we immediately sent a business check in its place. In light of this non review, it is headed to the guest now as promised. We can not and will not meet a guest in a dark parking lot with cash as this guest had previously suggested.
It would make sense that you would find Genteel and Bard a good tour. After all, you denied yourself the pleasure of taking our tour. It’s a Travel Channel favorite and has been offered for over 25 years.
