Our driver, Alena, was great! She texted us a couple days prior to our arrival with pickup instructions. She even included pictures for easier guidance through the airport. She followed up on the day of our arrival with a picture of the vehicle with the license plate. We had four adults in our party and had a private large SUV. Price was a great, nice value. She was on time, pleasant, and her driving was safe. 100% recommend!

Our flight was delayed by almost 7 hours, and our driver, Jay, kept in touch through texts. His directions were perfect and he got us safely to our hotel after a very long day. Well worth it.

Throught thr entire process Paradise Hawaii tours was one step ahead in making our trip as convient, stress free, and worry free as possible. I was contacted as soon as i booked and set up with an agent to add greetings etc including cha ging plans which they were on top of immediately. Also, they took the time to make us feel unrushed welcome and offer a little advice about our trip. Our driver was Jason and he was awesome. Traveling with kids had me worried but he put us at ease immediately and helped keep us relaxed the whole way.. Mahalo nui iā 'oe Jason.
