I gave this three stars because of zero communication, unable to get anybody by phone, and the app that they want you to use Is not updated to reflect real time. If you have never used city sightseeing, there is really not a lot of direction on how to go about finding a stop and then what to do once you’re at the stop. The ride was nice on the two days that we were able to use it. I bought a three day pass along with garden Tour and French Quarter tour and was not able to use it on the third day. It was raining the third day which it does a lot in New Orleans, the trolleys, buses, and air transportation were all active on the third day. We waited at a stop with another couple for about 45 minutes and no bus. We tried to call the two numbers provided no answer. Nothing about cancellation of that day pre-recorded. The app showed absolutely nothing about the status of the buses. We never got an email or any type of communication saying that the buses were suddenly not running, which is extremely upsetting when we paid for three days +2 tours. I feel like we got ripped off and next time I will not use them. Your best bet is to utilize the trolley, the public buses, or an Uber. I paid almost $200 for this and wasn’t even able to utilize it.

A reasonable deal for the 3 day unlimited pass with the two guided tours included. However, had a less than ideal experience when waiting for the bus. According to the app, the bus was supposed to arrive at a particular stop at a specific time but despite the app showing the bus was arriving, there was no bus. Do note that the route is one - directional and that would inconvenience someone trying to go the opposite direction in the shortest time

I enjoyed the sites of New Orleans. It was a great way to bet the heat. The guides definitely know the city.
