Very easy to book and hop on/hope off locations are conveniently located. Guides were entertaining. Great way to get a tour of the city

Reservation and redeem process were very smooth however the 3rd day, my pass was disappeared from apple wallet and account. It showed as completed. I was frustrated when I could’t find my pass when taking the bus. I showed the confirmation email to the driver and he/she understood that I have 3 days pass.
