We love that they're very informative, love the extras that jump on with stories, and even better they're pet friendly. We always try to go one full loop then ride again until our first stop however this visit our first loop was with a lady driver and older man who narrated and he was very rude and we did not enjoy that ride whatsoever....I know he made multiple comments about being on the phones, having conversations, and at stop 15 when 3 men were getting on he literally told the man getting on the trolley he had to get off the phone or get off the trolley and stopped him from proceeding to the back....I also was on edge because my 11 month old occassionally would babble and my 3 y/o also was very intrigued and it made me nervous he was going to be rude to my children (Momma Bear Extincts are REAL). We were also upset to find out they were not going down on River St but did not manage to tell us this until after we made it to stop 10 which ruined our initial plans to get off at stop 13 grab lunch and hop back on to go back to the visitors center to get our strollers before making another loop. So after getting off the trolley from the first trip we cooled off in the visitor center before grabbing our strollers for the 2nd loop where we got on a different trolley with the lovely Robin (SuperStar) and she was amazing! So eventhough our day was spent on the trolley instead of exploring the city Superstar made it worth it and we loved Celest I believe was the character telling the stories about the Ghost! As always we will return again either in Oct or Dec but hope to not get back on a trolley with the older gentleman.

First, thank you for continuing to join us for tours when you come to Savannah. Second, we would definitely like to apologize for the guide that was rude. We will look into this to see what is going on with that. We are very happy to hear that you were able to end the day with Robbin. She is definitely lots of fun. Thank you for reviewing your experience and we look forward to seeing you in Oct or December.
