We were on a Land and Sea Princess Sapphire cruise and this as an excursion. It ranks among the worst we have ever taken. A Covered wagon with limited view down a semi cleared dirt road. Most of the trip has high trees on both sides, along with either a fence or electric wire, while being shared with 4 wheelers - and a 4 wheeled quad truck. A traffic jam in the outback. We stopped midway for a picnic table lunch that was edible. The trip “in” and “out” felt like a money grab - just get on and we wheel you around so you feel like something good was about to happen. There was one moose at the opening, which is what everybody was there to see and it was chased off by a guy on a 4wheeler. The driver of our wagon didn’t talk much and was in a poor mood. The other person sat in the wagon with us and dropped the F bomb a couple times. Save your money - donate it to the homeless- or make a fire with it to stay warm - all a much better use than this “excursion”!

Gorgeous scenery and a good meal! This was our 4th or 5th guided tour on our Alaska trip but we still learned a lot and enjoyed the Alaskan tall tales from our tour guide Rachel. Thanks to our driver Michael and horses Volt and Wyatt. Our kids enjoyed the ride as well!

Wow, what fun. Sarah, our guide, was a wealth of information about the local history and Nina was so great with the horses. Spike and Royal pulled the wagon and followed all of Nina's commands. The whole crew did such a good job on the food and service, great hospitality! This was a fun excursion and Steve and his bucking bus seat gave us a laugh on the bus ride to and from the hotel. Job well done.
