The entire trip was awesome!!!! This is a must do. When going into the hot spring remember to remove your jewelry before entering the water. I was having issues with my camera, my tour guide was so helpful. She was able to fix it for me. What a great time we had!

The tour itself was okay. We got picked up at Walmart. Then our tour guide/driver name TABITHA, she drove us to chena hot springs. We went to ice museum and went to the hot springs. Hot springs is good experience. We went to have dinner at the chena hot spring restaurant that our tour guide reserve spots for us, however it took so long. We got seated and ordered our food, however we didn't get to eat since we have to leave already to look for the norther lights. She took our pictures on different spots that we went to. Then she dropped us back at Walmart. Then she told us that we will reserve our pictures in about a week. We went on feb 18, 2023. It is now April 21. I still didn't received our pictures. I reached out multiple times to our tour guide TABITHA, she said she will send it. Then the rest of my messages are "seen" and no reply. I am really disappointed because this is one of a life time experience and we were expecting some photos.

Hello Karen, I'm sorry to hear that the trip did not meet some of your expectations. There are multiple hours allotted at the hotsprings resort about 7pm till 1145pm. In that time frame the activities: ice museum, dinner and hotsprings soak are included. I do not rush anyone through the activities, and I keep my eye out for Aurora displays at all times to benefit your experience. Thank you for your patience, I have corresponded and delivered the photographs but did not recieve a confirmation reply back, hopefully they made it!

The ice museum is so cool! All hand carved on the inside. It is a spectacular sight. The Chena hot springs are hot hot hot and feel good good good. The auroras were a bit covered tonight so we only saw a little bit of it. That part was a little disappointing. Overall I’m satisfied.
