The boat was making weird noises and even started to sink. I called the Dock and no one came to help leading us to have to escape the boat with children. The children were crying and so scared, the staff wasn’t helpful at all.

It was a great experience. The check in was fast and easy . The price is worth the experience for a hour. I definitely enjoyed and recommend the night time version. I loved the LED lights on the swan boats as well as the space available on board. I appreciated being able to bring food and my blanket!

It was ok. It would have been nice to see more illuminations and decorations. But I enjoyed spending time with my family doing something different.
