My friend and I had a great day with Tadeo in Tijuana. It was only the two of us attending, and Tadeo took great care of us. Tour included lunch, a sweet snack and tequila tasting. We also visited a brewery with a great view. Our impression was that the guide is flexible on what to do, depending on the group - so two tours are never the same. Some info: as others have written before me, the tour starts on the Mexican side of the boarder, not outside McDonalds. Could cause problems if you don’t have internet access on your phone. I luckily had that, and Tadeo guided us thorough and met us in Mexico using WhatsApp. It was very easy and nothing to worry about. On the way back we were in the line for US entry for more than 3 hours!! It was a Friday afternoon, and we expected it to be busy – but not as much as this. Not sure the 3.5 hour trip to Tijuana was worth it, given that we had to do an extra 3 hours in line. But I guess we were just very unlucky.

Tour was fine, tour person Tadeo was cool, except that they will give you instructions to cross the border on foot and your tour person will wait you on Mexican site. On our way back from Tijuana, we wait more that two hours on line to cross the border back to the states.

Such a fun afternoon with our great guide Mirasol! A great mix of walking, eating, learning! Highly recommend!
