Horses were not gentle for non experienced riders. My husband was a better guide than the lead employed guide. The lead guide wouldn't/couldn't get on and off his horse to help other riders with issues. My husband was off and on his horse numerous times to help other riders with issues. Someone from another party was thrown/forced to bail from her horse because the horse wasn't completely broke. It was stated by an employee, that the horse bucked her off the day before. The guide was excellent, but he was new and worked with the back part of the group, which has their own issues. Although lunch was provided for the 4 hour trip, it was mediocre at best. There was no water, only a Capri sun drink pouch, a warm turkey and cheese sandwich, an apple, and a granola bar.
It was stated by an employee/manager (Scarlett) for us to get in touch with Viator for us to get a discount on the entire experience.
