Scenic Horseback Rides with Stunning Grand Teton Views in beautiful Jackson Hole.

Join our experienced guides for a horseback adventure through the Bridger-Teton National Forest, offering the closest and most breathtaking views of the Grand Teton Mountains. Ride through aspen groves, wildflower meadows, and rugged trails as you climb higher into the untouched Wyoming wilderness. Enjoy wildlife sitings including mule deer, elk, and moose just to name a few.

We offer 90-minute, half-day, and cookout dinner rides just like the cowboys
Rider Requirements:
Ages 8+ for safety
Helmets recommended (provided free)
240 lb weight limit (no refunds for overweight bookings)
Close toe shoes recommended

Loading and guidance will take on average 30 minutes but may take over an hour depending upon the experience level of guests. Guests are in 100 percent control of their horses at all times.

The whole experience was great! Our guide was the best. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also had great sense of humor and was very patient with the group.

Very relaxing and quiet ride. Very easy check in. Guides were all helpful. My horse kept straying off trail and they patiently helped me. The stopped at a beautiful spot and took individual pictures of us on our phones. A great experience

First, the positive, the ride was through some very pretty countryside, But was hardly what i would consider horseback riding, really only horseback sitting. If you were able to ride a horse before this experience, this tour gave the experienced rider NO opportunity to ride your horse at all. You simply sat on top of your horse in a chain gang...each horse following the horse in front of them with their noses in the horse's butt in front of you. Each horse moved forward at a snail pace. If you were not an experienced rider, there were NO lessons for you before getting on the horse assigned to you. The novice amongst us had no idea how to hold the reins, how to position their feet or what to do at all. Some of the horses with novices on them, certainly knew it, and said to themselves, yippee, picnic time, and ate the grasses whenever they wanted. Some horses had bags on their faces to stop this, but the horses simply tried to rub them off. The novice riders were seen yanking at the reins to try to stop the picnics, to no avail. One little 9 year old couldn't even reach his stirrups and when I pointed it out, they said the saddle was too big and couldn't be adjusted for him and for him to simply hold on. We were a party of 9, ranging from 9 years old to 76 years old...from novice to open hunter show experience. So again...the views were wonderful, the horseback riding non existent. I suggested to the young guides at the end, they might give novice riders some basic instruction to make the experience more enjoyable. Perhaps that will happen in the future, as well as finding opportunity for the experienced riders to actually ride (trot, gallop and control) their horses in the open fields or whatever.
