Scenic Horseback Rides with Stunning Grand Teton Views in beautiful Jackson Hole.

Join our experienced guides for a horseback adventure through the Bridger-Teton National Forest, offering the closest and most breathtaking views of the Grand Teton Mountains. Ride through aspen groves, wildflower meadows, and rugged trails as you climb higher into the untouched Wyoming wilderness. Enjoy wildlife sitings including mule deer, elk, and moose just to name a few.

We offer 90-minute, half-day, and cookout dinner rides just like the cowboys
Rider Requirements:
Ages 8+ for safety
Helmets recommended (provided free)
240 lb weight limit (no refunds for overweight bookings)
Close toe shoes recommended

Loading and guidance will take on average 30 minutes but may take over an hour depending upon the experience level of guests. Guests are in 100 percent control of their horses at all times.

Riders should anticipate tipping their guide 20 percent (but you may tip more)

The riding experience itself was great. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the views were awesome during the horse ride. I take away one star since our booking was at 11 and we actually started the ride around 12:20. There wasn’t a lot of communication during the wait either. They had a lot of people booked at 11 and did multiple batches to get them on horses. One hour and 20 minutes of wait is terrible. Needs to be better managed.

I took my sons to the Heart 6 Ranch for 5 nights in July 2023. We had the most amazing time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we had the most wonderful adventure. We spent time at the coral, getting to know the wranglers and the horses. The wranglers were brilliant at getting my 12- & 14-year-olds comfortable with the horses. We did 2 horse treks, on different trails, each for 2 hours. The horses were matched up with our experience and height/weight, which was much appreciated. The staff at the bar/restaurant treated us like family by day 3, and we enjoyed the fab food and milkshakes. The food was a little on the pricey side and they added gratuity, which I didn't notice until the 4th meal, as I'd been adding a tip on top. We stayed in one of the chuck wagons for 2 nights, which was so much fun. Then I decided to upgrade us to a cabin so that we could have our own bathroom. Much needed after a few days on the dusty ranch, but that was all part of the experience. My boys loved hanging out in the lodge, playing Jenga, Pool, and we enjoyed the river for a paddle, in the very cold mountain water. We would definitely go back to Heart 6 Ranch, especially to watch the horses being 'pushed' to the meadow for the night. Such an amazing sight! Go and get back to nature and enjoy the wild west!

Horse riding with family in the forest and hills with great view. Recomend it for anyone who is an outdoor person or wants a new experience.
