We used King and Queen for a transfer into the city from JFK. We had scheduled a meet and greet inside the airport. It took the driver 5 min. after we received our bags and several texts later to finally find us at our designated luggage carousel. The ride in was fine, but the driver was not very friendly. The worst was the smell of cigarettes in the Escalade. Why should I pay that amount of money for riding around in a cigarette tray. The only time George showed any sign of life was when it was time to be tipped. I would not recommend.

I would highly recommend this limo service, the driver we had Claudio was brilliant and punctual and was great with our children in giving them a fantastic experience. I would definitely use this service again!

We had amazing airport pickup service with them. When my husband and I arrive in a big cities like New York, reliable limousine company is a must, to feel secure and safe.The best choice is King and Queen. You feel professionalism from the booking till the end. Thank you to Sophia for taking care our special requests, such as sign with my husband's name and champagne service inside the bar. and of course to the driver :). Mike did amazing job. He opened the champagne for us, showed us how to play music and drove to the hotel was smoothly. Thank you to all team. Best in 2020!
