I suppose looking back at it, I may have been bordering on the ‘awkward customer’ label, as I asked for a special message on the meet and greet board, and then decided to change my payment method a week before the journey, after I’d already used the online secure booking system, then the flight arrived an hour early, then got stuck on the tarmac for 40 mins, then 90 mins through customs.......
But nothing phased Sophia and her team, they were excellent from the start!
Communication from the first enquiry was first class, and the patience and commutation from Giorgi the driver turned what could have been a stressful time with two 9 and 13 year old children, into a moment they’ll hopefully not forget for there first trip to New York!
They said they felt like Rock Stars!
The car was clean, well equipped and well presented, and the whole experience was a pleasure!
King and Queen Limo will be the only company I will use on my next trip to New York.
