The trip was overly expensive for what you got. A lot of time in a van. You would thinks a small lunch would be available instead of a small water and a granola bar. I would not recommend this trip.

We offer the most economical offering to the park among other options available. As much as we would like to be able to offer a lunch with the price, this is not part of the tour and nor is it in the description of your tour. We find it unfortunate that you did not mention anything about the tour itself besides what you had or did not have to eat. Our tours are offered by highly compensated expert geology guides and every tour has over an hour that is spent off of either our Hummer or our adventure vans.

At last minute driver called stating dead battery and trip was cancelled. In my opinion the company should have had a back up vehicle for such situations

Mechanical problems do happen sometimes albeit rare and unfortunately our backup vehicle was in use. We had offered other options and provided you a full refund with apologies. I'm sorry that you were not able to review our Tour by actually going on it. We would like to offer you a complimentary tour next time you're in town.
