Kachemak Bay State Park

Every cruise is unique, as your captain keeps track of the constantly moving creatures in order provide the best opportunity to see it all! This may include sea otters, eagles, puffins, whales, seals, bears and multiple species of nesting seabirds all from the comfort of the boat. We will explore Kachemak Bay’s jagged coastline with many incredible geologic rock formations, and an abundance of sea kelp and intertidal creatures that we may be able to spot!

Super friendly crew, for the price it is well worth it. I think that is a good thing because a lot more people are able to do this than say, the bear viewing tours which are expensive. We saw sea otters, birds and a humpback whale.

We done a short trip and received more information on the local birds than I could take in. Very good guide and excellent boat handling. Will go again.

The ship was not fancy at all, but the young couple owners were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Made the experience very enjoyable. We had not booked this excursion until our fishing trip the day prior had gotten "weathered" out and we were not able to rebook it. We were glad that we decided to add this to our itinerary at the last minute. Learned a lot.
