Heliport and helicopter are wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair lift is available at base to assist boarding.
Children 23 months and younger are complimentary and considered a lap child.
For each guest weighing over 240 pounds (108 kg), an adjacent empty seat is required to safely balance the aircraft. The second seat charge is half off of the regular tour price. Please arrange your additional seat after booking.
Tour sights vary depending on weather.
No scuba diving within 24 hours of departure.
Gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
Bags, large cameras, extending selfie sticks are not allowed in the helicopter.
Check-in is 1hr prior to tour time. This allows for guest weight check-in, a safety briefing, and to be escorted and seated on the aircraft to ensure an on-time departure. You will receive confirmation of tour time after booking. Late arrivals will not be accepted and non-refundable. It is the guest responsibility to allow ample travel time to our bases in case of traffic delays.

Weather was bad so helicopters were grounded. Staff refunded me but ive had no luck with Tripavisor on getting the money

We were unable to do this excursion last year in January due to bad weather conditions. Today was just incredibly beautiful weather with unlimited sunshine and views! Robbie was our pilot/guide. He did an excellent job with both! This is a magical experience with tons of information too. The staff in the office were also top notch. Nothing but high praise for all. This is a bit pricey but we felt it was worth every penny.

Weather cancellations are a part of flying, and safety should always come first. Unfortunately, customer service at Blue Hawaiian does not share the same priority. Even if flights are canceled due to weather, passengers are required to show up in person one hour before their scheduled flight to officially cancel. I confirmed this policy directly with the front desk, as it seems odd and archaic. On the day of our rescheduled flight, it was pouring rain, making a weather cancellation all but certain. Despite this, we were forced to wait outside in the rain for 30 minutes before anyone from Blue Hawaiian arrived to “officially” cancel the trip. Their policy, staff tardiness, and failure to make a reasonable call about the weather resulted in a wasted part of our morning.
