Kayak La Jolla and the 7 Caves! This 90 minute guided tour in La Jolla is a favorite of both locals and San Diego visitors. Explore beautiful sea cliffs and caves as you glide through the La Jolla Ecological Reserve filled with marine life. Paddle to Sunny Jim’s Cave, the Arch Cave, the Clams’ Cave and other sea caves for amazing close-ups of sandstone formations. Witness sea lions, garibaldi, leopard sharks, shovelnose guitarfish (rock on, man) and even the occasional dolphin on this sought-after La Jolla kayak tour. Ages 5 and up.

We had a perfect day to do the 7 caves tour. We arrived in advance per the instructions, got fitted for gear, did our safety brief and paddled out. The group was a ton of fun and our guide really made the trip worth it. I highly recommend Bike and Kayak Tours over other guides. They had their stuff together and contributed to a great trip!

We had an amazing tour! The service was great, and the staff was professional and friendly. Bike and Kayak organized a kayaking adventure for our Girl Scout troop and their moms. Marcella was incredibly generous and welcoming. Our gear was clean and well-organized, and the staff provided clear instructions on safety and kayaking techniques. Safety was a top priority, and our girls, some of whom were first-time kayakers, felt confident and excited about their adventure. Marcella led an excellent tour to the caves and shared her extensive knowledge about the history and ecosystem of the area. We were even lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins! By the end of our tour, all the girls were confidently paddling their kayaks ashore with big smiles on their faces. I highly recommend Bike and Kayak for a fantastic experience!

Kayaking was an absolutely great experience. Seeing LJS from a whole new perspective was truly memorable. I highly recommend this activity not just for visitors, but also for locals looking for a unique adventure. The team was incredibly professional and welcoming, making sure that everyone, especially kids, felt comfortable and safe throughout the trip. Everything was very well-organized, and their guidance made the experience very enjoyable.
