Join us aboard our luxurious 50’ catamaran “Kona Style”, as we sail the Kona coast. Scan the horizon for dolphins and whales (seasonal) from our shaded cabin or sunny splash nets. Snorkel calm waters and lush coral gardens using our grand staircase for the easiest water entry/exit in the industry. Brilliant reef fish, sea turtles and Hawaiian storytelling around every corner. This executive adventure includes a continental breakfast with 100% Kona coffee, freshly baked pastries and parfait, along with sandwiches, chips, pasta salad for lunch. All non-alcoholic beverages including water, juice and soft drinks are complimentary and we have the best liquor prices of any boat in Kona with beer, wine and liquor available for purchase. All snorkel equipment, floaties and instruction provided. We are a native Hawaiian owned and operated company.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Minimum drinking age is 21 years
Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking. Gluten free and vegetarian options are available with at least 48 hours advance notice.
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
Guests that will be snorkeling or getting in the water during the tour MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM without the assistance of a flotation device
If guest is not a competent swimmer (as determined by the Captain and/or crew), they will be directed to immediately return to the vessel. In such instances the guest will NOT be refunded
Children under the age of 5 are required to stay on boat (not allowed in the water) and must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the vessel
Guests are asked to check-in at our retail outlet 45 MINUTES PRIOR to your scheduled departure time. We are located in the Kona Square Shopping Complex. Our address is 75-5669 Alii Drive, #1107, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740
We offer discounted parking at the Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha Hotel. The fee for validation is written on the exclusion section. Please remember to bring your parking ticket with you to check-in if you plan on using this option.
PLEASE NOTE that full-face snorkel masks are NOT allowed to be used by guests
The vessel is not handicap accessible
Guests weighing more than 300 lb (136 kg) are NOT allowed in the water as our water entry / exit staircase has a specific weight limit

The captain and crew of Kona Style were professional, friendly, helpful and informative. The check-in process was very easy and quick. We all walked over to the 50-foot Catamaran together and got a short but fun history lesson on the way. Once on the boat it was a leisurely sail with yummy breakfast treats, fruit and Kona coffee to our snorkeling destination. They have all the equipment on board and 2 bathrooms as well. The fish were everywhere, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the reef. On the way back they provided a delicious lunch with deli-style meats for sandwiches, pasta salad lots of cold beverages to choose from. I also liked the narration from the captain and crew, as we say pods of dolphins and flying fish on our way back from the trip. Good music, relaxed vibes and a smaller boat with fewer people (25 on our trip) made for a relaxing and extremely enjoyable excursion/day. I would highly recommend this trip with Kona Style and give them 10 out of 10. I could not have been any better and it was the highlight of our weeklong stay in Kona. Mahalo!

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Captain Tanner and crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented. We saw whales on the way, beautiful fish and coral reef while snorkeling, and had lovely food and beverages on the way back. Would recommend to anyone including families! A must-do experience in Kona.

Great snorkeling trip. We went in the morning. All the staff was great from check-in to the crew. We had a continental breakfast and lunch on the way back which it made it convenient as well.
