Join us aboard our luxurious 50’ catamaran “Kona Style”, as we sail the Kona coast. Scan the horizon for dolphins and whales (seasonal) from our shaded cabin or sunny splash nets. Snorkel calm waters and lush coral gardens using our grand staircase for the easiest water entry/exit in the industry. Brilliant reef fish, sea turtles and Hawaiian storytelling around every corner. This executive adventure includes a continental breakfast with 100% Kona coffee, freshly baked pastries and parfait, along with sandwiches, chips, pasta salad for lunch. All non-alcoholic beverages including water, juice and soft drinks are complimentary and we have the best liquor prices of any boat in Kona with beer, wine and liquor available for purchase. All snorkel equipment, floaties and instruction provided. We are a native Hawaiian owned and operated company.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Minimum drinking age is 21 years
Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking. Gluten free and vegetarian options are available with at least 48 hours advance notice.
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
Guests that will be snorkeling or getting in the water during the tour MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM without the assistance of a flotation device
If guest is not a competent swimmer (as determined by the Captain and/or crew), they will be directed to immediately return to the vessel. In such instances the guest will NOT be refunded
Children under the age of 5 are required to stay on boat (not allowed in the water) and must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the vessel
Guests are asked to check-in at our retail outlet 45 MINUTES PRIOR to your scheduled departure time. We are located in the Kona Square Shopping Complex. Our address is 75-5669 Alii Drive, #1107, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740
We offer discounted parking at the Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha Hotel. The fee for validation is written on the exclusion section. Please remember to bring your parking ticket with you to check-in if you plan on using this option.
PLEASE NOTE that full-face snorkel masks are NOT allowed to be used by guests
The vessel is not handicap accessible
Guests weighing more than 300 lb (136 kg) are NOT allowed in the water as our water entry / exit staircase has a specific weight limit

Captain Tanner and the crew of Kona Style was fantastic. They took care of everyone and everything on board for everyone to have an amazing time. While it can’t be guaranteed, the crew had a vigilant eye to spot whales, dolphins, and manta rays on our voyage out to some of the best snorkeling the island has to offer. I can’t recommend this company (as the only Hawaiian owned) enough. The catamaran was in beautiful condition, and the crew was like family. Take the opportunity and book with Kona Style.

This is THE best way to see Captain Cook /Kealakekua Bay on the Big Island. The snorkeling was amazing. Calm, clear water. We saw lots of amazing ocean life and a beautiful reef. The boat is a beautiful...a sailing catamaran and only 25 people on our excursion. The crew was friendly, helpful and a great mix of humor with professionalism. A light breakfast and lunch included with soft drinks. We had a drink after snorkeling and an ice cold domestic beer was $4, cheapest we'd seen on the island! Our group was 2 families...each with 2 teenage/young 20's "kids" and they really enjoyed it as did the parents.

Amazing day of snorkeling, Tanner and the crew made sure our experience was extra special and took care of every detail! We were able to see whales, manta rays, a school of dolphins and along with a wide variety of fish while snorkeling.
