Our 50 foot dive vessel visits more than 100 unique sites across 7 different reef systems such as Molasses Reef, French Reef, Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Christ of the Abyss, & more!

2-tank, 2-location dive for certified divers! This is a combination dive & snorkel trip.

*65 Minutes PER LOCATION -more time than any other operator!
*Mom & Pop owned since 1972, we're the longest standing dive shop in the Florida Keys!
*Trips include tanks & weights, ice water, cookies & reef-safe sunscreen.
*We own & operate the dive boat, not a third party.!

Divers MUST have been diving within the past 2 years. Divers whose last dive was 1 - 2 years ago MUST hire a guide.

We dove 2 days with SDDC on 12/4 and 12/5. We dove 2 sites at on H Reef on Wednesday and Aquarium and Coral Canyons at Molasses Reef today. Captain Russell was our captain both days. He was professional, safe and friendly. It was good to see a fellow Texan all the way down in the Keys. 1st mate JC and guide Nate were excellent on Wednesday. We haw turtles, eels and nurse sharks. David guided us Thursday and Kory was 1st mate. Both were great. We saw 5 nurse sharks including a baby and 2 sting rays and a moray eel. Highly recommend the shop. We plan to return.

I believe the current average rating must be based on snorkeling not diving. There were somewhere close to 10 learn to dive students on board and they took priority. Otherwise, the crew was not particularly helpful even finding a place to sit. Their equipment left a bit to be desired. The dive weight pockets had, as we discovered, worn out Velcro. We had to return twice to the boat as weights kept falling out; ultimately we had to get onboard to be fitted for an old fashioned weight belt.

Had a great time. Cory, CJ, and Tony were very helpful. Saw lots of sea life - 2 nurse sharks, reef shark, 2 turtles, an eel, 2 sting rays, and a few lobster over the course of the 2 dives. Highly recommend.
