A 45-minute voyage out to the reef gives you time to relax on our sun deck and sip a tropical cocktail or beverage from our full-service snack bar. If you prefer, you can ride in the comfort of our climate-controlled cabin.

fun! only a 45 min motor out to the reef. Helpful and informed crew. More than worth the money Tip:Take the $2 sea sick med on the way out. I very rarely get nauseous on boats but the glass bottom has a magnifying effect that combined with 1-2ft seas causes it to play games with your equilibrium, I had to go topside to look at the horizon twice during the viewing.

The crew was very accommodating from start to end. We had a cloudy day (which was good) and relatively calm waters. A/C in the cabin below was very welcomed on such a hot day. Although there was a canopy on the upper deck, there was minimal seating and for the most part it was standing room only.There were maybe 40 people on the boat which gave plenty of room for everyone at all times. It took 40 minutes or so to travel the 7 miles to the Barrier Reef. Once there, the boat stayed in the area for 30 minutes. The side to side rocking was difficult for some to tolerate. I did take a Dramamine before going on the boat but it was not good enough. I could not look down into the glass bottom boat without getting queezy. I had to keep my eyes on the horizon most of the time as instructed. The crew saw that I was not feeling well and offered me a bag and when I went on the upper deck for air, they offered me a cup of ice chips. I was able to keep it together, but one other person was not. My husband had a great time and enjoyed the informative narration while viewing the bottom scenery. They did a very good job and were tipped at the end. I just thought I would have tolerated the trip better than I did.

This boat ride was everything we could have asked for & more. The views were amazing & a very nice ride. The entire crew was great & the young lady who spoke before boarding the boat and also during the time we were at the reef was very knowledgeable & you could tell she had a great love for what she does. The glass bottom was amazing as you could see various sea life that you would otherwise not be able to see. I have wanted to visit Key Largo since 1982 when the song "Key Largo" came out. This boat ride helped make my dream come true & will forever be one of my greatest memories.
