Get out on the water on a glass-bottom boat ride, snorkeling cruise or parasailing adventure, or see the attractions on dry land on the Hop-on Hop-off Trolley Tour or with a ride on the Conch Train.

The trip was excellent. The pick up was well managed and the coach host was very helpful and informative. At key west we took the trolley ride - here was our only problem. The trolley ticket office needed a QR code from trip advisor, but we had the printed pdf that you sent us. After a lot of discussion she agreed to give us trolley tickets and to sort it out later. So, thankyou to her, but poor show to trip advisor for not issuing us with the needed code!

Very very long day…. First to be picked up before 7 am and last dropped off 16 hrs later Yikes! Glass bottom boat couldn’t go to reef because of windy day so went out in bay.. was murky w few fish….they did offer refund but we were already on boat…..Had very little time to explore key west because we had to be at boat checkin and it was scheduled in middle of afternoon… could’ve taken earlier boat but was confusion w guide taking small groups to various tours and selling additional tours leading groups to atms to pay for tours

Good afternoon Susan_M, I will check and see if Viator has the duration on the tour correct for it should be 15 Hours and may be a little more with traffic and also i will check with them and make sure they inform all the pickup times start at 6AM. For all that information should have been placed for guest to see before they book. Our guides do take groups of people to their excursion locations so they may know where to go. I will talk with my guides and see what can we do to shorten the drop offs and seeing if guest would like to add to their trip to so other things instead of having the full leisure time to do as the guest wish. i am so sorry for excursions do take up some time you have in Key West. Once again that you so much for your feedback means so much to us here at Gray Line Miami.

The bus was old and very uncomfortable for such a long trip. I would not recommend using this tour company. You will want an actual coach bus with some room and comfortable seats.
