Guests 17 and under must have a parent present at check in to sign waivers
Alcohol cannot be consumed prior to participating in any activity. Guests arriving to check in with alcohol in their possession or under the influence will be restricted from entering the water, turned away or required to reschedule. Tickets are non-refundable.

We had a great experience! It was the colder time of year, but it was still fun. The one thing you should know is that flippers are not provided.

Thank you for the five star review, Vanessa! Flippers are always available on any of our snorkeling tours. If it is a shallower snorkel, like the Dolphin Watch and Snorkel, you may just have to ask the crew. Please join us again!

Classic bait and switch. Paid $500 for dolphin and snorkel cruise for our family of 6. Cruised around until someone radioed where the dolphins were, fine - watched as dolphin cruise boats from all the companies came to harass the dolphins - was 6 or 7 boats surrounding them by the time we left. Next part was snorkeling. We cruised over to a spot, the captains help told the captain the spot is no good, all sand, no corral or fish. Keep in mind we paid $500 for this, and had 4 kids that never snorkeled before that really wanted to see fish in the shallow back waters of key west, as the trip says. They tossed anchor anyways, even though the helper kept saying the spot was no good. we all got geared up with outdated equipment that needs to be replaced. Got in the water, and no surprise there was nothing but sand, just as the helper said. None of the other people we asked seen fish or corral either, only sand. The whole process felt very transactional. they even had the nerve to say rebook a snorkel only trip at 10% off and they will assure we go to the reef where the fish are. Ive initiated a dispute and will see to it that we get a partial refund for the snorkel part of the cruise. If you’re looking to snorkel, go elsewhere. Kids were thoroughly disappointed. Hello Michael, we regret that you did not enjoy your experience with us. Fury is the only company in the Florida Keys to have the prestigious “Dolphin SMART” certification – a National program that protects and promotes the responsible observance of dolphins.Our captains pride themselves on respecting the dolphins, keeping a safe distance and letting the dolphins approach the boat. Most likely, the reason the Fury boat left when it did was because there were too many other boats in the area. We offer many different trips, some going to the Reef, others to the Gulf. We always make our destination and offerings very clear upon booking. The Gulf of Mexico or the backcountry acts as a nursery to the larger coral reef in the Atlantic. That area is shallower (6-12ft deep) with a sandy bottom, sponge gardens, and small coral heads. It is very rare that guests find nothing to see in our underwater world. As we are dealing with marine life, we are unable to control exactly what guests may find, however we often spot colorful Sergeant Majors, starfish, sting ray, mangrove snapper, grouper, and even sea turtles in that area.

Great team and very reasonable price for this 3 hour trip. The captains were organized and explained everything we were doing very clearly. We got lucky and saw dolphins very quickly and got to enjoy watching 2 pods of dolphins playing for 30 minutes. Awesome. We then went out to the area for snorkeling. I wish I’d done some research on where the best places to snorkel are in Key West because if you have ever been snorkeling before you will be very disappointed as we were. We saw no fish. Another couple spent more time in the water than us and saw some, and enjoyed themselves because this was their first time ever snorkeling. So if you want an inexpensive afternoon boat ride and to see some dolphins and jump in the water, this is great. But if you want to see swarms of colorful fish this is not the trip.
