We’ve been waiting for 30 minutes at the meeting point according to viator. No one showed up. They refuse to refund. Don’t go!

This is not a tour review. We're sorry that you missed the tour, but you were not at the meeting location. You were at the Hard Rock Cafe and that is not where we meet. We tried to reach you on the International phone number that you provided with your booking and by text, but you were unreachable. You were provided the correct address and meeting location, and we did everything possible to find you as we do for all our guests. You were a no show and with a full tour, we can only provide a full refund 24 hours in advance. Sorry for your mistake, but we were not responsible.

We’ve been waiting at meeting point for 30 minutes and no one showed up. They refuse giving refund. They say we’ve been waiting at the wrong place, but this is the place the button “get directions” brought us to. They didn’t answer in chat or on phone when viator support tried to call them.

This is not a tour review. It is also the second one star review that you have posted. We're sorry that you missed the tour, but you were not at the meeting location. You were at the Hard Rock Cafe and that is not where we meet. We tried to reach you on the International phone number that you provided with your booking and by text, but you were unreachable. You were provided the correct address and meeting location, and we did everything possible to find you as we do for all our guests. You were also given a phone number to call for help and questions. Viator sent an email that we received well after the tour started saying that you were at the Hard Rock Cafe. You were a no show and with a full tour, we can only provide a full refund 24 hours in advance. Sorry for your mistake, but we were not responsible.
