Well, guiding your own boat in the Keys was super fun and we really enjoyed it; you are zooming out in the ocean at full speed looking at the water, ground, birds, fish, possible dolphins etc. Then you go thru some mangrove areas. It was a beautiful day and we are experienced boaters and it was great to get out on the water. These boats are easy to use and learn and quick and fun. When we got to a mud flat/sand bar, we walked around, could have snorkeled but it was very windy and the visibility wasn't great and people weren't seeing a whole lot. My only real wish is that we could have heard more about the area. We got a few facts thrown in as an after thought, but it wasn't really an "eco"-tour as the brochure said.

Just a waste of time and money. Boated out to the mangroves where we beached on a small bug filled island. Hung out for about a half and hour and boated back. No snorkeling, any sort of eco based discussion, just nothing.

Really great afternoon! A little chilly for snorkeling in December and not much to see but still enjoyed it. We’re boaters and thoroughly enjoyed the 2 person boats. Briget our tour guide gave us an exciting ride back and we saw dolphins!
