After speaking with the captain and crew we had a full boat and have had a lot of great reviews on that trip. Our crew was working hard to keep up with the food line and actually had additional members helping out as most people joined us for seconds and thirds. After speaking with the chef the buffet was not left unattended or empty for more than 3 minutes.
