I am sorry to hear of your experience. We aim to provide the cleanest and best experience for all guests. Firstly, I want to say thank you for your review, as we look deeply into each and every one of them and these reviews allow us to aim for continuous improvement for all guests on all trips. In regards to not hearing our dinner bell, I apologize with wind, live music and everyone chatting on-board I can see how the announcement might be missed. We aim to slowly release the guests to the dinning room as we like to provide an orderly dinning experience. I will inform the captain and crew of this and encourage them to make additional announcements. In regards to the rest rooms, again I deeply apologize as unfortunately boat restrooms are a little more fragile than that of normal land based septic systems so we don't require but highly encourage guests to use the waste basket. With that said unfortunately we cannot control how each guests uses the restroom but we will make continuous effort to check the rest rooms more frequently to ensure this doesn't happen again.
