This is one of the worst event experiences my husband and I have ever had. First of all it was overbooked. No room to move about. Second it was not a big enough boat and it didn’t accommodate us for the windy cooler weather. Not enough seating on deck and had to break us up in two groups for dinner. Drinks were terrible and music was awful. The food was okay but because there were so many people in line it took 20 minutes to get up to the food and serve ourselves. The food was bland. Lots of spills on deck and in the serving room. People were unhappy and thus became rude to each other. I felt sorry for the men working. They didn’t have much to work with. My husband and I called this dinner sunset cruise a “Joke!” We were so upset we couldn’t even laugh about it later or even now, hoping we will be able to some day!! My husband and I are easy going people with good senses of humor but we don’t find this funny. This cruise should be shut down, under law!

They mention the maximum capacity of 100 guests, and we believe this number was onboard the night we were there, personally I feel that's far too many for this vessel and staff. When you check in before boarding you are issued a wrist band, fair warning there is a disclaimer in the ad that reads (Premium Liquor Package) for $19.95 extra, don't waste the money because while on board you will have a difficult time getting a drink at the bar. The Rum Punch is horrible. The patrons all swarm the bar and will not move for fear of losing their place to get service, many people at the bar refused to move and held the seats for friends and brought their food up and ate at the bar. With only one bartender behind the counter, we witnessed many disgruntled patrons arguing over who was next. Next, before boarding the captain will tell you your dinner seating positions, unfortunately we were given group #2 some advice, DO NOT Accept Group #2. Group #1 was called down first for dining, many never returned to the upper deck holding seats for friends and family randomly returning with drinks from the bar. Seating availability is very poor. Group #2 was left wondering if they would ever be called down. Like my party many in group #2 were asking staff about dinner seating none of us were given a direct answer. When we did go down on our own discretion dining area was in shambles from group #1's Feeding Frenzy, all we found in hot tray's and scraped the bottoms was for some rice / beans / corn / pulled pork, fish and chicken entrees were empty. Waste of time and money.

Awesome experience! Captain and crew are fun and accommodating! We had complete fun from the moment we stepped on board until we left. Top notch bartender! Would do again.
