I booked this trip the night before the tour. It said it was still available and it processed my payment. Shortly after booking it, I got a message saying they were full due to covid restrictions. I wasn't upset but kind of ridiculous to allow people to book something that they limit capacity. They asked if I could reschedule for another day but it was going to be my last day in Florida so I let them know it wouldn't work. They replied that they would issue a full refund. 2.5 weeks went by and they won't respond to me and still no refund. I filed a complaint with PayPal and now there's an open claim against this fraudulent company. Hopefully I can get my money back! 🤬 Travelers, beware of this company!

Our records indicate that your refund was issued within 12 hours after the cancellation which was due to strong winds and therefore safety concerns on the boat. Please don't hesitate to reach out to Tripadvisor/Viator if you have still not received your refund.
