Great tour some history and some really great food. Mark was our tour guide and he was GREAT!!! Loved everything would be hard to choose a highlight

Took this tour 6 years ago and were looking forward to another great time and boy were we disappointed! Some of the stops didn’t seem ready for us which made us feel unwelcome. One place in particular didn’t even have a place to sit! On our first tour there was history involved and more walking around the town. On this trip we basically walked from restaurant to restaurant without any background of where we were. Water was only offered at one stop which is not what was promised. And good thing we didn’t pay extra for the alcohol package because most of the stops didn’t even have alcohol! There was a clitch with the payment process and so our guide was distracted for most of the tour. We take food tours wherever we travel and this was the worst one we’ve ever taken.

We’re saddened to hear this tour didn’t meet your expectations, especially after your previous great experience. Our food stops are typically well-prepared, so it’s concerning that some didn’t feel welcoming. While seating varies by venue, we aim for a comfortable experience. We also strive to balance food with local history, and we’ll review your feedback to ensure that remains a key part of the tour. Water is generally available at multiple stops, and our alcohol package is carefully curated. If some locations couldn’t provide drinks, that’s unusual, and we’ll be looking into it. Additionally, while rare, payment issues can arise, and we regret if it caused a distraction. Many guests continue to enjoy our Key West tour, and we’d love the chance to impress you again. The tour was so informative. We are wanting to go back to Key West again soon and do the tour over again. There were so many facts that we couldn’t even remember them all.
