I was very disappointed with my experience trying to book a tour with Kona Supernatural Tours. We had originally scheduled a ghost tour for Monday evening, but received a text message from the owner, Zach, asking if we would be willing to reschedule to the following night, as he had made prior plans with his girlfriend to watch a movie. While I was delayed in responding, as I was driving at the time, Zach then cancelled the tour altogether, stating that it "didn't seem like it would work." When I asked if the next evening option was still available, as he had originally offered, his response was unprofessional and unwarranted. He accused me of being unwilling to accommodate him, and went as far as calling me "a joke." What's more, when I expressed my concerns, Zach dismissively told me, "leave a review, it won't matter much." This gross attitude towards customer feedback is extremely troubling and indicative of a company that does not value its clientele. I understand plans can change, but Zach's unprofessional and dismissive attitude in handling the situation was quite disappointing. I would caution others looking to book a ghost tour in Kona to reconsider using this company , as it seems they do not prioritize customer service or maintaining a professional demeanor when issues arise. It's unfortunate, as the tour concept seemed intriguing, but the owner's behavior has left a sour taste. I would recommend exploring other ghost tour options in the Kona area.

We had a great time learning about the history of past residents of the area, some who still hang around in spirit. It was great to hear about the islands belief in respect of your surroundings and how the spirits enforce that attitude. Thank you for a fun time with the group and our "ghost app"

My husband & I really enjoyed learning the history of Kona which provided the background for the haunted tour. Zach our guide was so knowledgeable & also passionate about the material he presented along the way. He was so nice, respectful to our group & the island. Do yourself a favor & book this trio if you’re looking to spend an evening doing something out of the ordinary while also learning the history of Kona.
