Capt. Ashley and Patrick are amazing. It was a high surf day but she was an expert driver and rode the seas as comfortable as it could be. We loved the ride almost as much as the 5 whales with 18 breaches so close to us. The ocean was too rough to go into the caves like we did last time, but the crew made it amazing in so many other ways. The snorkeling was incredible as well, of course but the ride, the whales, and the crew was so memorable! Would do it every time and request Capt. Ashley and Patrick. Highpoint of the grandkids and our vacation!

This boat with Captain Ash and Patrick got out when others were not and we were able to have the best whale watch and snorkel trip. We were surrounded by whales!!

Being surrounded by whales is truly an exciting experience! The Beat the Crowd excursion is nice to avoid other vessels and enjoy a more personalized Kealakekua trip! Amazing that you were surrounded by whales!

This tour was well worth the experience! We got almost 2 hours to snorkel, which was so amazing that we stayed in the water the entire time and only got back on the boat when it was time to leave. The rest of the tour after included seeing some cool geological structures and hearing historical information, which rounded the experience out nicely. Would definitely recommend if you want to snorkel but not so early in the morning like the other tours offer.
