Would definitely recommend this to travelers with kids (maybe 10+). There are two people per kayak, and it can be paddled by only one person (adult) in the back, but the kayak moves best when both person paddle. Our arms were a little sore the day after, but nothing crazy. The staff were super friendly and explained everything well. My daughters were worried about getting wet, but the only time we really got wet was when getting on the kayak and then from paddling during our tour. The guides were knowledgeable and explained a lot about the history of the area. We all had a really great time and it was a highlight of our trip.
