Where do I even begin? First, the directions on how to get to the locarion was difficult and we drove around for 10+ minutes trying to find the place. Then we get there and the vendor owner states they cannot find out reservation. We booked via Viator and received confirmation with a booking number. The vendor owner stated that they have had this problem with Viator recently. The owner said they could fit us in at 9 PM when our original reservation was at 10 AM. They were not accommodating at all. They kept saying that Viator overbooked them. I immediately called Viator to ask what the next steps should be. Viator was took control of the situation and could not understand how this happened. I would have thought that the business owners (sweet couple) would have tried to help but we were left to figure things out on our own. There were 8 people in our party— we were on a couples trip celebrating our anniversary. I would not recommend this company. It seems like they are disorganized and then not able to figure out how to make it work where we could still ride. Will try to ride ATVs again but sadly, not with them.

First I would like to apologize for your bad experience and I'm sorry we wasn't able to accommodate you . I thought I thoroughly explained to you that we had nothing to do with booking you and that we didn't receive your information from viator who was responsible for booking you . We showed you our list of the names we had in our system . The fault clearly lays at viator feet for not confirming with us as they usually do and plus we have a booking system that let's you know what's available so obviously viator charged you without properly placing your party within one of the time slots that was available but left us to deal with it something they didn't even communicate to us . We had a busy day and we tried to still help you all by placing you at a later time . In which you said no because viator is in the process of refunding you and plus you had an concert to attend which I do understand . We are a small company and always looking for ways to do things better from our customer and I listened to you tell us what we could do better . So please forgive us as we didn't know any other way on how to accommodate you all . Hopefully we can resolve this and is willing to offer you all 50 % off next time you choose to ride with us.

I came here and did a experience with my man which I enjoyed it was fun just was hot as ever we did it at 2pm in the evening and i thought I was gone pass out but I enjoyed though
